La Bulle Rosé

Bulle Rosé is a sparkling wine from the "Prestige Cuvée Rosé" transform the traditional method. Its color was obtained by maceration and additional draw liquor (1.5 °) is derived from Domaine grapes. The foam has lasted more than nine months and was obtained by adding champagne yeast.


Bulle Rosé is eaten at any time for an aperitif or to accompany anchoïade desserts.
